It is not a coincident that “facilitation” means: “to enable” or “to make easy”, because this is your responsibility as a team facilitator – despite your personal biases. In our Agile Team Facilitation training the you will learn to be a great facilitator in an Agile context. You will learn how to plan, facilitate and follow up on workshops and events belonging to Agile frameworks – and how to provide neutrality and integrity while doing that. We expect that you as a participant have an experience level equal to a practicing ScrumMaster or team facilitator.
