In order to understand, utilize and develop the company's competitive power, it is therefore essential to understand: - What problems do customers "hire" your products and company to solve? - What hopes do they have for the products and solutions you offer? - How well do customers feel that your products and solutions are the answer to their problems and hopes? At this workshop, we get up close and personal with where the company's competitive power lies. And where the future competitiveness will come from. The workshop uncovers: - Problems your customers are trying to solve - Hopes for these solutions - The customers experience a "fit" between their problems and hopes - and the products and solutions you offer - Problems, your products and solutions, solve very well = opportunities for strengthened value propositions - Problems your products and solutions do not solve optimally = opportunities for improvements and innovations The workshop is held with participants from the company as well as a selection of customers (existing and potential). This will be agreed upon in more detail. The workshop is the perfect starting point for strengthening the company's competitiveness based on a customer-centric approach, where products and solutions are developed and marketed based on their importance in solving customers' problems - and not based on what is currently perceived as technically possible or improvements based on inside-out wishes. The take-out from the workshop can be lifted directly into everyday life and used in: - Sales work - Marketing - Branding - Product development - Innovation
