This workshop has been created to give the management and the commercial employees a clear picture of what is needed for the company's brand to deliver the optimal competitive power towards all stakeholders such as customers, employees, partners, investors, opinion makers and society in general. The workshop is tailored to the individual company based on the following themes: The brand as a promotional framework around the company's solutions. Before the company can create its optimal brand, it is crucial to establish a common, clear and not least unambiguous language for what a brand is, what creates it and how the brand expresses itself. The core of the brand: - What are the decisive needs that the company has set out to solve for the customers? - How does the company do this? In other words, what key features, business values and characteristics does the company use in its solutions? - What benefits – rational, emotional and social – do customers get from the company's solutions? - What role does the brand play? - What position does the brand strive to occupy? The expression of the brand: - Which style and tonality best bring the core of the brand to life? - Which value propositions create the greatest competitive power based on benefits and understanding of needs? - Which visual characteristics should the company take ownership of? - Which behavior will give the most credibility? The workshop is an intense combination of presentation, group work, group presentations and discussions. After the workshop, the company is left with a clear picture of where efforts must be made to create the optimal brand in the form of: - What should the company initiate in relation to understanding its customers? - What should the company initiate in relation to strengthening the core of its brand? - What should the company initiate in relation to strengthening the expression of its brand? The workshop itself is planned in detail between the company and Michael Olrik-Andersen based on a clarifying dialogue. The price is up to 40 participants.
