Om Lone Østergaard

Lone Østergaard is a physiotherapist, lecturer and author and since starting the company in 2008 has focused on sedentary behavior and the consequences of too much sitting time. Lone has written the book "Slip Stolen - for the brain's sake" and developed the concept Slip Stolen to create the necessary mental change in order to achieve the goal of limiting sitting time at our many desks. Lone is a passionate person who is passionate about helping your employees to be more well-being during the working day "Exercise is a mindset - and we must push the mindset and the culture to ensure more movement during the working day. In reality, it is about daring to change our perspective on the way we organize our working day. Then we must mock the beliefs and excuses we have, both individually and together, to stay put. We must push for a culture in motion and let go of the chair together.” Lone Østergaard makes it relevant, relevant and easy to access. With Lone, you get a different angle on working at the desk and how you ensure a long and good working life at the desk without gambling with health and good energy.

Godt foredrag, enkle budskaber.
