What does a child get used to if he is always put outside the door? It gets used to being outside.

This lecture is aimed at professional groups that deal with vulnerable people through their work on a daily basis. It can be you who is a prison employee, teacher, pedagogue, for employees in places of residence, etc. Ali talks openly and honestly about what happened inside him emotionally, in response to the environment offering him little else but rejections and resistance. In the lecture here, Ali reports primarily as a previously exposed person and hopes that through this he can contribute with personal knowledge that can make everyday life easier for you as a professional and thus also for the exposed person. An angle is therefore not portrayed either, based on specific textbooks, educations, statistics and the like. but Ali's completely personal. He lets you deep into his upbringing and talks about his past with the aim of making you, as a professional, understand the opposite side of the table. He tells what happened at home, what happened outside, what it did to him as a person, and what factors become decisive for him changing direction in the end.
