Ali Najei can today call himself an author and is current with the book 'SURVIVAL'. An autobiography that describes everything from his parents' escape from war to his own struggles to gain a foothold in a society that could not handle him. Today, Ali is also both an entrepreneur, a trailblazer and a trained mental coach, and he is a sought-after man who wears many hats. He is a project manager, lecturer, mentor in his own company and he is also an actor with roles in, among other things, Nordvest, Alfa and The Viking - The fall of the drug kingpin. He is wise about life, about people and, not least, wise about himself, which is great inspiration and motivation for you as a participant. He is eloquent, articulate, empathetic and possesses a natural ability to draw people towards the message he brings. When he holds his lectures, he talks with a very special understanding of vulnerable people. A target group he once belonged to himself. The criminal environment became his permanent base outside the home and also offered several, long prison sentences as the consequence of a community found in a parallel society. Ali has fought hard to find his place in society and the road there has been full of challenges. One of his brothers is shot outside while he himself is in prison. He struggles with stigma, crime, anxiety, frustration, revenge, anger, etc. Nevertheless, Ali eventually makes a decision that changes his life - forever. He is the epitome of a pattern breaker, he has learned to use his past constructively, and today he focuses on living instead of just surviving.
