Sara Øllgaard develops leaders and organizations to "carry-themselves-skillfully". Not only because it is the prerequisite for attracting qualified labor and remaining a supplier to larger customers. Sara has extensive experience in leading and facilitating development processes that help managers find both their own and common footing in the complex agenda with the floffy title: Sustainable management. Sara has developed a model for sustainable management, which the future leader must master: * to create a sustainable business model (to run one's business skillfully) * to create commitment and companionship (to carry one's leadership skillfully) * to lead oneself (to carry oneself skillfully) One of the most common misconceptions that Sara makes a virtue of addressing is that you must NOT make money from sustainability. She emphasizes that sustainable solutions are EXACTLY defined by MEETING ALL 3 BOTTOM LINES: the economic, the social and the environmental. And that you don't have to be an idealist or a socialist to worry about sustainability. On the contrary, she emphasizes that a sustainable business model is essential for the survival of any company Sara is trained KaosPilot, has a diploma in sustainable business development and a Master's in Management and Innovation. For 5 years, she has run an independent business where she facilitates leadership and business development courses, and teaches on the MBA in the subjects: "Sustainable business development" and purpose-driven leadership". Sara is co-founder, teacher and coach at the leadership training course "Academy for Signature Performance" and Network Director for leadership network in F5.She has previously been employed as a business developer at Erhvervshus Hovedstaden and Head of Partnerships at the Red Cross. Sara communicates about sustainability and sustainable management in all types of organizations and at all levels of management.
