About Mikkel Sandal Strange Since 2016, Mikkel has worked in the field of tension between generations. He is co-author of the book #YOUNGSTER, which describes 5 dogmas to attract, retain and lead young people. He has delivered large projects, individual workshops and inspirational lectures on the subject ever since. The customers range widely from large and small private companies to public workplaces in both municipal and regional auspices. Mikkel is driven by building a bridge between the young people's view of working life and the experiences and perspectives of the elderly. When he is on, whether in projects or at lectures, his focus is to bring young people's perspectives into the decision-making room, and to create understanding, insight and reflection. Mikkel is a skilled communicator who manages to create an energetic atmosphere in the room and communicate at eye level. This is done using a serious tone, but with a good dose of irony and humor where appropriate.
