How do you become an attractive place to be for young people?

The lecture is about what you as an organisation, managers and colleagues must do to become an attractive workplace for young people. This means that we must both have a conversation about generations as a concept, and in addition what characterizes the experienced versus the younger generations that we find on the labor market right now. Then we delve deeper into the young people's motivation, insecurities, communities, management, cultures, employer branding, the need for flexibility and other topics that must come into play if you want to succeed in being an attractive workplace for the younger generation. Along the way, there is both a focus on the big themes and on the less practical actions that can be implemented already tomorrow. All content will be relevant if you want to shape a working community that can accommodate young people here and now, and if you want to create a workplace where young people want to stay in the long term. The communication takes place through lived experience, data, cases, humor, a fist on the table and everything else that is needed to create learning and reflection among the recipients. We create the framework for the lecture together. Your current situation will be integrated into the lecture, so that the content will be as relevant and useful as possible. If you wish, it is possible to incorporate reflection exercises and interaction among the participants along the way.
