How do we make the future greener?

We are in the process of a major transformation of society – both nationally and globally. The reason for suddenly initiating such a big change in the human way of life is the simple fact that nature is about to strike back at all the influences that our way of life has created. After all, you can't expect nature to just let itself be. It will react when the balance states that should be present at all times are affected. Just look at the consequence of the temperature rising. Not surprisingly, we see that the ice melts at the higher temperature, and this has a wide range of consequences that we have to deal with. The same applies to biodiversity, which is an expression of nature's health. If we see a great diversity of life, nature is doing well, but when more species die out than are added, then nature is doing badly. The lecture goes in depth with the background, but also looks at the advantages and disadvantages and quite naturally looks at the green future that we are looking into. Although much looks bad, the hope for the future lies in both the human capacity for innovation and not least the young generation's desire to influence development.
