What is strategy? How do you make a strategy for a company or organization? Make it simple and have context. There must be a connection between goals, means and methods. Often there isn't, but there is plenty of mission, vision and beautiful layout. I give lectures and create workshops where you can equip yourself and your organization to create a strategy that is coherent and that everyone in the organization or company can understand. The starting point is military strategy, because there you have your hand on the stove - it costs lives when you fail. I have 20 years of experience in creating strategy, executing strategy and teaching strategy.
