Sussanne Ebbesø tailors this lecture to your needs in order to create the optimal conditions for motivation, mental sustainability and strength. We dribble into how community strengthens work satisfaction and motivation. And then you get a "secret" recipe for how irritation can be transformed into learning.

In a humorous and lively way, the lecture provides tools for how you can strengthen the above. We talk about habits, patterns, a pig (yes - you read that right). Together we shake the bag and loosen it. You get small reflection exercises along the way and maybe provocations, so you jump in the chair a bit and are challenged. Duration is approx. 2-2.5 hours. It can be varied as needed.

A process that promotes both the individual manager's internal sustainability and management style, as well as creates better collaboration and leadership in the management group. This has a positive knock-on effect on employees and in the company/group in general. It is for managers who want development to create a better internal and external climate and see that what they wear and communicate is passed on to employees and colleagues. It is about internal development for further development into the community and the organisation. Which in the end is demanding for the bottom line.

The price is agreed when the form is in place. It can be both 1:1 and process in groups. Often two or three whole days will be at stake, as well as possibly online follow-up along the way.

Challenging but safe 1:1 sparring about development as a person and leader. You determine the area and have the room. I listen - challenge you - and hopefully irritate and hit points that open up curiosity and the inquiring mind. You must will your own development for the benefit of both yourself and the environment. Expect to be challenged on several levels. I work based on trust and have roots in Systemic, Jung, Buddhist psychology and listen empathetically and ask clearly, clearly with a focus on creating an 'appropriate disturbance' that brings you forward.
