Susanne has a master's degree. mag in Media Studies & Culture and Society and has previously worked as a manager within international PR and marketing. Susanne is also further educated and certified in, among other things, coaching, personal and organizational development.

Sussanne Ebbesø tailors this lecture to your needs in order to create the optimal conditions for motivation, mental sustainability and strength. We dribble into how community strengthens work satisfaction and motivation. And then you get a "secret" recipe for how irritation can be transformed into learning.

In a humorous and lively way, the lecture provides tools for how you can strengthen the above. We talk about habits, patterns, a pig (yes - you read that right). Together we shake the bag and loosen it. You get small reflection exercises along the way and maybe provocations, so you jump in the chair a bit and are challenged. Duration is approx. 2-2.5 hours. It can be varied as needed.

Challenging but safe 1:1 sparring about development as a person and leader. You determine the area and have the room. I listen - challenge you - and hopefully irritate and hit points that open up curiosity and the inquiring mind. You must will your own development for the benefit of both yourself and the environment. Expect to be challenged on several levels. I work based on trust and have roots in Systemic, Jung, Buddhist psychology and listen empathetically and ask clearly, clearly with a focus on creating an 'appropriate disturbance' that brings you forward.
