Create a roadmap with both process and content

We create a space where, through design thinking-based methods, the participants create a multitude of ideas for your green conversion, which you can take home and move on with. The ideas can both be about how you approach the process, and can be about long-term strategic perspectives as well as concrete measures you can take in your daily practice. YIELD * the participants have ownership of the ideas * large catalog of ideas, if you wish, in a variety of areas * each idea is retained in a one pager, which you can share with others in the organization at a later stage The longer the workshop lasts, the more well-described ideas you will take home. The workshop is prepared in close dialogue between the client and Astrid. The fee depends on the duration, and there is an additional charge for transport (time, kilometres, bridge and ferry).
