Astrid Carl has worked as a private advisor in sustainability for large and small, private and public companies since 2016 through her company Green Moves ApS. Astrid focuses on tying sustainability development together, from strategy to implementation, and places particular emphasis on the importance of involving employees to ensure success. The aim is business development, the subject is green sustainability and the subject areas are leadership training, circular economy, World Goals, education, involvement of employees, development of new value chains, solutions and not least implementation often through behavioral design.

Astrid is a B Leader, team coach, biologist and has a Technological Diploma in Energy and Environment.

1:1 sparring about what measures you can use in your company so that the whole organization supports your green transition and contributes actively and committed to it.

The sparring revolves around culture change and change management in relation to sustainability in exactly your context. Astrid has experience both with companies where the employees with crossed arms have said "Sustainability??? That day we can't!" and those companies where the employees are so eager that they might (briefly) lose their ground connection.

We touch on change management and cultural changes both from a theoretical and a very low-practical perspective, and talk about how we can best ensure that the changes are anchored at all levels, from the board of directors to the hourly employee in shipping.

Astrid has experience with board sparring, managerial sparring and sparring with key persons, with responsibility for green transition in the organisation.

Sparring can be purchased as a single session, as a clip card for ad hoc use and as a jointly determined course. The fee depends on the service and for physical meetings there is a fee for transport (time, kilometres, bridge, ferry, etc.).

I am a highly experienced speaker for audiences of 10 to 500+ people, and have a reputation for being engaging, thought-provoking, and knowledgeable about a very broad spectrum of sustainability. You can therefore have a lecture tailored to the board, the management group, the employee day, the educational institution or the association.

The fee depends on the duration and complexity of the lecture and transport is covered separately. The language can be "Scandinavianized" as needed.

We create a space where, through design thinking-based methods, the participants create a multitude of ideas for your green conversion, which you can take home and move on with. The ideas can both be about how you approach the process, and can be about long-term strategic perspectives as well as concrete measures you can take in your daily practice.

Get started with the green transition

The UN's 17 Global Goals are relevant to all companies, organizations and associations, and can be difficult to get a hold of.
Get a translation of the goals from a global perspective to local relevance. We go through the background and structure of the goals, come across how the Danish "Our Goals" can be used by you, and make it clear how you can translate the World Goals into Everyday Goals.

It will be possible to select some relevant World Goals and delve deeper into them.

The lecture can be combined with a workshop where you work with your own processes and everyday goals.

The fee depends on the duration of the lecture. Transport, including costs for ferry/bridge, is covered separately.

From World Goals to Everyday Goals

This lecture is for those of you who are ready to face the state of the planet and are prepared to put in where you make a difference.

We review the status of the 9 planetary boundaries through the inclusion of various national/international official reports on global warming, climate change, biodiversity, resource (over)consumption and chemical pollution.

The lecture has edge and seriousness. It's not a feel-good thing, and I make sure that we discuss solutions and initiatives both on a systemic, corporate and consumer level, so that we part with a sense of hope and knowledge of what we can each do to contribute to that next year's reports look better.
