The new geopolitics affects companies to an unprecedented degree. You have to prepare for that.

Geopolitics is changing, and it affects us all. Geopolitics must be factored into a company's investments and ESG. Selection of business partners may mean deviation from others. The United States, China and Russia are in a great power conflict that has profound consequences for all parts of our society. Not paying attention to this can cost the bottom line. Danish business can no longer trade with whoever it wants, and must, among other things, board and management relate to. In one's ESG Environment (environment), Social (society) and Governance (management), one will now have to think about security policy. Carlsberg has lost its business in Russia. Huawei has got its ears in the machine in the West and H&M in China. These are the signs of a great power showdown between the US and China that affects us all. The EU is under tremendous pressure, and now looks at globalization differently than it did 2 years ago. Collectively, this puts downward pressure on all of us. The lecture gives an insight into the changes we are all facing.
