From Gray Zone to High Performance

Most of us perform best under pressure, but not when the pressure is constant. In the world of sport, the right recovery is essential to create top results, but we often forget that in everyday life. It's as if we in business think we can continue to be brilliant even if we work 10 hours a day and skip our breaks. But it doesn't last long. At least not without techniques to give the brain the peace it needs. Difference between lecture, workshop or course: At a lecture, I will give examples of specific exercises for how to switch between high and low gear. It is everything from simple breathing exercises to create inner calm and focus to short meditations before the start of a meeting or meditations to tune in to a demanding task. I also talk about how exercise and other habits can increase your balance and joy in life. In this 3-month course, we work with the implementation of exercises both for the individual, but also as a team. In one course, all participants get access to My Daily Tune Meditations Universe for 3 months. Contains 4 workshops of 2 hours over a 3 month period. Including 3 months' access to My Daily Tune Meditation's universe for 25 people. Each session is a combination of posts and exercises. Max 25 participants per team. Timings are planned flexibly in relation to each Team. This is for teams that… -recognizes that talking about stress and time pressure is a challenge, and is ready for a new approach to stress management. An approach that creates balance with a focus on job satisfaction and results --willing to create extraordinary results and are willing to implement new working methods to achieve goals -has the courage to break new ground in order to create a long-lasting high-performance team - would like to have concrete tools to increase both job satisfaction and results What does your team get from a lecture, workshop or course? A clear message about how just a small degree of stress impairs your quality of life and how it affects your performance. It will also become clear how, by switching between high and low gear, step by step you get out of the gray zone and become more present and mentally sharp. When I work with Teams, I know that most participants will get an aha experience from a lecture or a workshop, but few start by creating change. There will be a few who are all set and going, but for most a seed has been planted. I would therefore recommend making a plan for follow-up, so that you support the employees in their implementation of new habits. One way to support your team members is to give them access to the My Daily Tune Meditation Universe. This means that they can test and feel the effect of the exercises that appeal to them. In connection with ordering a lecture or a workshop, an agreement can be entered into for access to the meditation universe for the entire team. Most people work well under pressure and like to be busy - especially when it's fun. But when there is too much pressure for too long, no one functions optimally. Most of us can manage to be in high gear for a long time, but are really bad at relaxing and doing nothing. If you are under great pressure for many hours every day, your performance will be much better if you alternate with, for example, meditation. It is about stimulating both the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. Why interaction? Many people find that they are lagging behind, and it is difficult to meet all the demands made by the outside world. This makes it difficult to focus and have an overview, and goes beyond one's energy and creativity. For most people, this also means that they cannot relax properly, and it also affects their sleep. What happens when we go into overdrive without breaks is that our sympathetic nervous system produces cortisol and adrenaline to get us ready to perform. At the same time, a latent activation of these substances means that we cannot relax completely. For many people, the deepest form of relaxation is in front of the television. As a result of the above, there are many people who have poor sleep - either interrupted or where they wake up early. The more pressure you feel, the worse you perform, and this affects work and life satisfaction. When we push ourselves for too long and too much without recovery, we begin to see the environment as unmanageable. We become more easily irritated, more close-minded, lose our overview and find it difficult to focus. In general, we become more emotionally impressionable. This often results in physical defects, such as pain in the head, back or stomach.

Jeg mistede min livsglæde I Foråret 2022 mærkede jeg en drejning i mit liv jeg ikke var glad for. Jeg var trist og ikke den glade Mikkel jeg plejede at være, jeg var træt, blev hurtig rastløs, havde kort lunte og kunne ikke overskue sociale arrangementer. Jeg kunne ikke acceptere at fortsætte på den måde og var lidt inspireret af Brian Nielsson som havde lavet en video med De 5 Tibetanere som jeg havde set på YouTube.
