Why should you focus on the internal connections in the company?

Sebastian is the founder of Storm|Connect. His specialty is 'Connections' - i.e. connections. Internal connections in companies and organisations. Many focus on management, communication, collaboration, execution and the like – in Storm|Connect, Sebastian works with the concept Think about your last working week: did everything go smoothly in the collaboration with your managers or colleagues? There have probably been some things said and done that didn't quite line up with what you expected or what you thought was the deal. We work with people every day, which is why we can never eliminate misunderstandings – interpersonal communication IS complex and includes different types of people and perspectives, self-interest and paradoxes. However, we can take some measures to minimize these things - and optimize both cooperation and the business. In this lecture, it is emphasized what you must be aware of and the considerations you must make when you have to work with internal relations - whether it is in the management group, the department or collaborations between them: it includes managers, employee groups, their different perspectives and the context in which they must act and function together. Concrete examples will be used as a focal point and exhibit these conditions: how different preconceptions and perspectives have had an effect on an organization not succeeding in their core task - which costs the bottom line and the general job satisfaction.Internal Connections, which are the foundation for them all. Sebastian does not claim to be a specialist in management and execution - but rather to know that the Internal Connections must be under control so that organizational work can be done as easily and be as value-creating as possible. His starting point is communicative qua his experience: 'Communication' comes from the Latin communicāre, which means 'to make common'. Communication is therefore crucial for internal work, as it is largely about making common: making strategy common to employees; employee groups must work together towards a goal; or come together through a change or crisis; or just an upcoming project. Despite its real importance, communication (and especially the lack of it) often results in the separation of people and failed processes. Therefore, there is a need for 'Internal Connections' - which Sebastian helps you to create.
