Om Lene Rachel Andersen
Lene Rachel Andersen is a futurist, philosopher and a formidable communicator. In particular, she is good at creating an understanding of complex contexts; she is a systems thinker and embraces both big history, complexity theory and the very close and essentially human. Lene is full of storytelling joy, and her lectures and workshops are always peppered with good, concrete examples and anecdotes. Lene has written 20 books about the past, present and future, all with freedom, democracy and human rights as a focal point: - How do we create a sustainable, meaningful and peaceful future when we now belong to a species that commits so many stupidities? For her books, she has received the Ebbe-Kløvedal Reich's Democracy Prize (2007) and the Døssing Prize (2012). Her latest books are: - The Nordic Secret (2017) - Metamodernity: Meaning and Hope in a Complex World (2019) - Formation: Becoming a Greater Person (2020) - Libertism: 21st Century Concept (2023). In the previous millennium, Lene studied economics at the Business School and theology at the University of Copenhagen, and she wrote radio and television satire for DR. Today, she is a member of the Romklubben and head of the think tank Nordic Bildung, which is based on her books.
