With over 100 lectures on board work behind her, Laura Vilsbæk is ready to open the doors to the board room and the path to the truly value-creating board work. The fight for more diversity in the Danish SME boards and a greater focus on value-creating board work has been seriously put on the agenda by Laura - since she landed her first board post in 2017 and created Nyibestyrelsen.dk. Columnist and expert opinions: Børsen, Tech Management, Erhvervsliv Aarhus, Sjællandske Medier and many more. Lecturer on the board education at Erhvervsakademi Dania and CPH Business Expert participant in research projects: "The board of directors as a digital catalyst" and "Growth management for the future" at the board education at Aarhus University. Laura gav et fantastisk, passioneret og nærværende oplæg omkring repræsentantskab- og bestyrelsesarbejdet. Det er tydeligt, at hun har en stor viden inde for sit felt og kan trække på sine mange erfaringer. Og så har hun altså bare en virkelig god energi, der smitter af på alle. Tusind tak.
