Lars doesn't mind bullshit when he talks to people or works with people. He has experienced more than most as a handball player, been a pain in the ass to family and friends and then he has unknowingly lived with the diagnosis of ADHD and Autism, which has cost him his family, friends and career. But Lars is probably one of the strongest and most honest people, which has meant that he has today made his ADHD and Autism his best friend and uses it positively in his work with people. Lars is one of the most respected trainers in Denmark and has helped many people get up after they were at the bottom. Lars has done this through his human skills and understanding of the individual person he has worked with and his own learning through his close collaboration with Ulrik Wilbek and BS Christiansen. Lars has, among other things, been a coach for KIF Kolding and appeared in TV2 Zulu's popular series "Zulu HK". Here, Lars participated as a coach where he had to help 9 young men to become part of a handball team.
