Jette Ditlev loves to challenge "usual", is innovative, inspiring and high-flying, but not higher than the connection to the ground and the business is maintained. In short: there is a focus on "that future". "Seeing" and creating new and sustainable opportunities and results. Jette's mission in life is to fight bad leadership, which she stubbornly insists is the most important contribution to world peace! It is perhaps also the most important contribution to better well-being, motivation and happiness. Jette Ditlev is a MSc. and has for +30 years worked with management and leadership, strategic development, internationalization, sales and innovation. She has, among other things, was at the head of companies, large business units with foreign subsidiaries as well as large sales organizations with P/L responsibility for +650 million DKK. She has experience from both large, international groups, from SMEs and start-ups, including many owner-managed companies. Since 2005, Jette has been an independent management consultant, lecturer and professional board member. At the same time, she is an external lecturer at SDU, where she e.g. teaches Change Management and Business Development, and is an external expert in innovation for the EU Commission. Jette is chairman of VL-30, a partner in the board network ASNET Board and participates in a number of other networks. She is regularly used by a number of media as an expert in her field, author of the book "Klummegodt" and, by the way, loves Søren A. Kierkegaard!
