WIDELY USED LECTURER AT HOME AND ABROAD Grith Okholm Skaarup is a lively and insightful lecturer and expert. She communicates with great knowledge, presence and commitment about how we can challenge and develop future management, organizational design and working life. Presentations and workshops are tailored to the needs of the individual target group, so that it is always experienced as highly topical and relevant. The presentations draw on the latest trends, research and research in the field and on a rich and content-rich life of examples from twenty years of management and consultancy work in the private business world. Grith Okholm Skaarup's cases include e.g. TV2, NNE, F5, Frie, Grundfos, NFI, Dansk Erhverv, Nokia, Tekne, Benjamin Media, Nordisk Film, Sociuu, DFI, Summit Consulting, RUC, AAU and CBS. She is also a permanent lecturer in storytelling and strategic writing and has taught at a large number of universities and business schools at home and abroad and for a number of years served as a lecturer and examiner at the University of Copenhagen superstructure in project management and experience economy and also as a permanent guest lecturer at the Danish Film School and the EU Media Business School. MANAGEMENT CONSULTING AND KNOWLEDGE COMMUNICATION ON HUMAN NEEDS IN TECHNOLOGY Grith Okholm Skaarup is the founder of Humtech, which provides management consultancy and knowledge dissemination on human needs in the technological development at the intersection between business, research and communication. She is also the host of the podcast Aftryk - humanity in a tech time and is also used as an expert on topics and panel debates about future leadership and working life. In addition to presentations and workshops, Grith Okholm Skaarup can also be arranged for shorter or longer courses such as moderator, facilitator, teacher or management coach. BOARD WORK AND BACKGROUND Grith Okholm Skaarup is active on boards and advisory boards and currently sits as a board member on four boards. Of this, forewoman in Freeliving and member of an international section of leaders across industries and countries who work for future leadership, just as she is also permanently associated with an international excellence center of tech and knowledge journalists. Grith Okholm Skaarup has a background as Partner and Head of Communication & Marketing at the consulting firm Workz, advisor at Zentropa Interaction and most recently as head of communications and CSR at the country's largest law firm Poul Schmith/ Kammeradvokaten.
