Om Claus Nygaard
Claus has worked with strategic management and development for 29 years. His approach focuses on uniting man and machine. He is an expert in both positive psychology and artificial intelligence and manages to link both areas to strategic business development. His primary goal is to create win-win situations where companies, employees and customers all benefit. Background: In 2014, he became a professor at CBS and in the same year founded the company CPH:LEARNING, where he is today the director. Claus acts as an advisor to companies, he teaches managers and employees, and his work as an active researcher and author has so far resulted in 30 books in both English and Danish. He has received honorary awards as the best teacher at CBS and several international awards for his research and ability to communicate complex ideas at eye level. Claus is also involved in teaching at CBS Executive and Aarhus University's master's programme. In addition, he holds company courses, open courses, workshops and inspiring lectures under the umbrella of CPH:LEARNING. It is worth noting that Claus has a unique background that includes his self-study as a programmer in the 1980s and 1990s as well as his pioneering work with the development of educational software for Danish primary schools and university students. He has also trained as a Reiki Healer, Spiritual Healer and certified hypnotist, which contributes to his holistic approach to problem solving and development with the person's work-life balance at the centre.
