Bent is one of the pioneers within adaptive working methods in Denmark - the so-called agile approaches, which e.g. includes Scrum and Kanban. Over the past 20 years, he has managed employees and advised managers in complex environments and has done this through roles such as project manager, department manager, development manager, board member and partner in his own consulting business. Bent is an experienced teacher and lecturer who knows how to explain complex issues in an understandable way, without it being superficial or idealized - after all, things have to work for real people in the real world. His presentation is 100% Power-Point free. It is carried out with graphic facilitation, exercises and storytelling. The style is humorous and relaxed with respect for the audience and the nature of the subject. Bent has had most of his working life in an international context with lectures, teaching and coaching in a large part of the world. He therefore manages to convey his message in both Danish and English. Bent is co-author of a book on Agile Coaching and has written several articles about being able to succeed in an agile context. Several of them are at a scientific but tangible level. Bent has a Master of Management Development (MMD) from CBS and is trained as a systemic coach through the Attractor programme. He was the first European with the highest coach certification from the Scrum Alliance (Certified Enterprise Coach) and is also a Certified Scrum Trainer. His basic education is low current engineering.
