Albert Einstein sagde "Nothing happens, until something moves"

About getting people to do their best without stress and without major upheavals… Why do we repeat the same patterns over and over? - why do most people only diet for a few days? - why is it difficult to get off to training? - why is a bad thought or feeling hard to let go of? In her lecture, Mette Bloch starts from the way we react, also under pressure. When we are in a situation where we know we SHOULD act, but don't do it, and why it can be so difficult to make decisions that are different from the ones you usually take. Albert Einstein said "Nothing happens, until something moves" and that is exactly what the lecture is about. How to gain control so that you can act in accordance with your desires, and how to act to get out of a thought or feeling trap that is keeping you stuck. What will you get out of the lecture? The lecture is suitable for anyone who wants to learn more about themselves and why they sometimes solve tasks easily and painlessly, while at other times they struggle and do not succeed. The lecture is not for you who want to sit with furrowed brows and take a nap paid for by your employer... it is hilarious, and you will be able to recognize yourself in countless of the situations that are described. You will gain more insight into the way your brain works and understand why you do what you do and how you can change small details to change an outcome from failure to success. You will also gain insight into how some of this knowledge is used in sales to get you to choose certain products, and how you can use "nudging" to influence other people's behaviour, and thus choices, in a positive way. Having a focus on behavior also gives you a huge ballast in terms of understanding other people and where they come from, with the reaction patterns they show. When we talk about collaboration, teams and group dynamics, the lecture is a good starting point, especially if new projects need to be started that need to be run faster, or if the company has set a new and high goal that it would like to achieve.

HR – input – I thought that Mettes input was very relevant and quite funny – however I had expected her to incorporate Pandora and Marketing/Product in the session especially since she asked for direct input as to the difficulties in the department – she could with little effort have made it much more tailormade to Pandora by mentioning the company name and the departments here and there.
