Emil talks about his development and transformation from being a TV host to founding what is today a successful company HANDVÄRK, whose products are sold in 15 countries. In just 6 months, Emil has managed to build a company with 7 employees and have a turnover in the millions. The road has been bumpy and definitely not a bed of roses. Frankly, Emil tells the whole story, from when his entrepreneurial dream started in Milan and how he got his design exhibited in Illums Bolighus in just 3 months. It was a terrific start with sales that increased explosively; BUT the quality was poor and did not live up to expectations. The marble stone crumbled, the tables twisted crooked, the delivery times were too long and the customers were tired of waiting. He talks about how he turned his newly started business around and restructured both the production and the company, and thereby succeeded in creating a successful brand.
