What characterizes the best performing teams?

Through his work as a sports psychology consultant in Team Denmark, Jakob Hansen has been associated with a number of national teams and during that period has been involved as a mental coach and sparring partner at 5 Olympic Games and several European Championships and World Championships. Among other things, Jakob has helped the women's national team in handball, the national badminton team, the national table tennis team, the national curling teams and the national rowing team, where Jakob has been a close sparring partner for the national coaches and team members in developing world-class teamwork. Since 2018, Jakob has taken the methods into other industries and has used them in the development of teamwork and performance cultures in business life in management groups and teams. In the lecture, Jakob gives, through stories and examples, an inspiring insight into how he works to move from an individual-oriented culture to instead develop a high-performing team culture with: 1.
