Book a 1-1 session with Rey if you are ready for a guided change. Many have a desire for development, but it is challenging to create lasting and sustainable change. Sustainability must be understood as a long-term and durable solution that delivers the necessary output. For this, there is a need for change and awareness around ingrained habits, mind-set and not least the way we act in our daily lives. We work with, among other things: - Identification of ingrained habits and mind-sets that can hinder sustainable development. - Identification of blocks and limiting beliefs that inhibit creativity and development. - Exploration of different approaches to strategy and change. - Exploration of own thought patterns and emotional reactions. - Tools to challenge and change thought patterns. - Practical tools and methods to create a more sustainable approach to change. - Creation of a personal action plan to integrate mindfulness and emotional intelligence into management practice The session is about reaching goals via strategy and action, why strategy is essential for development and change, including how it can be executed most optimally. I use my 18 years of experience in consultancy, analysis, development and strategy through my work with various public and private organisations, including management and employee development. CSR and sustainability can be included as knowledge bases where relevant.
