How do you prepare a digital strategy that creates results?

The first question you have to ask yourself when starting a strategy is: What is the purpose? Having a profile on a social media or getting many fans does not create value in itself. In contrast, a purpose that is rooted in the business is the best basis for creating a valuable digital strategy. And if you have defined a purpose that makes sense for the business, then you are much closer to defining which goals must be met - ultimately this is what allows you to measure the success of the project. In this lecture, Rikke Damgaard will talk about the 7 most important considerations you have to make in order to get off to a good start with a digital strategy.
