Daisy Løvendahl is a lecturer and personal advisor with a master's degree in communication and philosophy. In addition, she is the author of the books "LEV", "ELSK" and her latest book "DØ". Through many years as a counselor, Daisy Løvendahl has built up extensive experience in guiding people through the many challenges of modern life, so that space is created for both family, career and love. As a consultant for companies, Daisy Løvendahl works with the awareness of how to choose areas of your life for instead of choosing some from and how it is done in practice. Daisy Løvendahl works with a human perspective and strengths-based, where what you do and who you are are inextricably linked. Therefore, she works with the essence of looking at the person as a whole in all contexts, and not just at the person, respectively at the workplace and in private life.

How to achieve a balance between private life and work life

In 2015, the book LEV was published, in which Daisy Løvendahl wrote about why it makes sense to choose both love, family and career. The book resonated with both the media and readers as it put into words something that many can relate to – namely the strength of being both a lover, a parent and committed to something.

In the lecture, Daisy presents the most important points from LEV and gives you a space to tune in to yourself. You get both questions for reflection and concrete tangible advice to take home.

As a lecturer, it is my desire to create an experience out of the ordinary, where you are moved in both mind and heart. Therefore, my lectures consist of four elements: Well-founded knowledge, moving stories, questions for reflection and involvement of the audience.

The one that's about freedom, about being independent and having more time, and then there's the one that's about the fact that it's super hard, that you're always at work, and that you're on every day, everyone hours of the day. As a personal advisor to many self-employed people and with her own well-run business, Daisy knows both stories from the inside.

This lecture focuses on how to navigate life as a freelancer so that you can burn through without burning out. It gives an insight into the psychology behind the facade and concrete tools that you can use immediately in your life.
