How is the teaching profession made one of society's most attractive jobs?

In the Soviet Union, they managed by centrally deciding what was to be produced? Where would it be produced? How was it to be produced? How much should be produced? This was done to ensure the same for everyone. In many ways, the folk school is similar to the Soviet Union in its structure and thinking. Here, in the same way, the idea is celebrated that the best way to secure everyone is achieved through central provisions for the what, how, when and how much of teaching. This management paradigm is obviously counterproductive. Brian Frandsen talks about how, with relatively simple structural measures, in a few years we will be able to make the teaching profession one of society's most attractive jobs for the brightest young people and at the same time create much stronger support for primary schools.
