Why is it important for the teaching profession that development starts locally?

Brian Frandsen has in Folkeskolen, and in Pedagogical Psychological Counseling as well as in the Danish Refugee Council, been at the forefront when it came to AKT, inclusion, integration, design of visitation processes, school mergers, visible learning, new working hours and school management in a new public management perspective. Today he feels complicit for having harmed the school and the teaching profession. He believes he was struck by the Stockholm Syndrome while large school tsunamis were rippling through the country. He made a career out of it, but it came at a price. He believes that many people like him are affected by the Stockholm syndrome. Today he talks about the importance of letting development processes start locally. To combat centralization and strengthen the profession. That is why he goes out to schools and administrations with the Culture Ambulance and delivers creative blood transfusions. He does this together with Inge Dinesen. Inge and Brian are methodically inspired by the forum theater and the lecture. They give presentations and play with you, portraits of dreams, wishes and dilemmas or anything else that is relevant to moving schools.
