Even the best teams need an outside push from time to time. Perhaps you need to optimize your work processes and task flow. Perhaps it is well-being and job satisfaction that needs an overhaul. Or it could be a new project that is bothering you. Preparation: Line Hviid always starts with a few preparatory conversations with the task setter, so that both the goals and form of the workshop match the desired outcome. The workshop gives you: - A joint conversation with a sharp focus on a common goal. - Concrete actions you can take afterwards, incl. names of those who must do it. - Brief summary of important points and the aforementioned actions. Aimed at: - Teams in both small and large companies. - Line Hviid has particular experience with teams that work with tech, communication and innovation, but embraces all issues surrounding teams and their collaboration. - Up to 16 participants. For 10+ years, Line Hviid has helped managers and employees to optimize their work processes, strengthen mutual cooperation and increase human well-being. She also has a background in science communication, i.a. in the field of stress and psychological work environment, and is today the host of the podcast De Agile Rødder. She is known as a vibrant and empathetic facilitator who is not afraid to call business bullshit.
