This lecture focuses on Innovation management in a transformative perspective and is targeted at middle managers, top managers and boards, primarily in larger companies. Most innovation initiatives in larger companies survive between 3-4 years, after which they are shut down or arise in another form. These decisions are often made by a board and/or top management, so it is essential that you as a manager and board member understand what is needed to ensure a lasting innovation setup to ensure both growth, sustainability as well as opportunities in partnerships and new technology. At the lecture, I will explain what innovation means for your company, which processes can ensure increased success with your innovation initiatives and that you can go from the lecture with hands-on tools to handling and understanding innovation management better.
